Most football squares pools live and die in a single afternoon. You print a grid, chase everyone for cash, fill in the numbers by hand, and by Sunday night it’s over. A season squares fundraiser flips that: supporters buy in once, and their squares ride along for every game on your schedule. More games means more chances to win, more reasons to buy, and a board your community watches all the way to the playoffs.
For a booster club, it’s the rare fundraiser that’s genuinely fun — and because every player is selling, the totals add up quickly. Here’s how to run one, what the platform handles for you, and a calculator to set your goal.
One sale, a whole season of excitement
Buy once, play all season
A supporter buys a square one time and it’s in the mix for every Friday-night game — not a single Saturday. One sale, a whole season of reasons to care about the score.
Every game is a new shot
Numbers redraw before each game, so a dull number in Week 1 doesn’t sink anyone’s season. Fresh winners every week keeps fans checking the board all the way to the playoffs.
Players become your sales team
Each player gets a personal link and a spot on the leaderboard. Selling a handful of squares each adds up fast — and a little friendly competition moves a lot of boards.
No cap at 100 squares
Sell out a grid? Open another. Each new series of 100 squares plays every game too, so a big roster can run multiple grids and keep selling as long as there’s demand.
Built around your players selling
You set a simple target — say, every player sells ten squares. Each square a player sells is locked into the season grid and plays in every game. Before each game, the 0–9 numbers along the top and side redraw at random, so winning is fresh every week and nobody’s stuck with a bad draw for the season. As the scores come in, winners are highlighted automatically, and each player’s sales are tracked to them on a live leaderboard.
And you’re never boxed in by the grid size. A grid holds 100 squares — so once your roster sells through the first 100, you simply open another series of 100, and another after that. Every new grid plays the same schedule, so a big program can run several boards at once and keep selling right up to kickoff. (With, say, 45 players selling ten squares each, you’d run five grids — the calculator below works it out for you.)
What the platform does so you don’t have to
