Calendar Fundraiser Calculator
A calendar fundraiser asks a supporter to pay the number of a date that means something to them — a birthday on the 14th costs $14, an anniversary on the 28th costs $28. One seller collects many small amounts rather than one large one, which is why it raises more per person than almost anything else and why nobody has to ask for a big cheque. This works out the total from your number of sellers, the length of the calendar and how much of it you realistically sell.
Questions people ask
How much does a full calendar raise?
A 30-day calendar sold out is $465 — the sum of 1 to 30. Multiply by the number of sellers, then apply a realistic sell-through; most groups land between 50% and 80%.
Why does it raise more than a raffle?
Because the ask is tiny and personal. Nobody hesitates over $9 for their daughter's birthday, and one seller can comfortably fill a calendar from family and neighbours.
Do we need prizes?
No. There is no prize pool, so 100% goes to the program. Some groups add a small draw among all participants to add momentum, which is optional.
We handle the selling, the collecting, the chasing and the scoring — numbers draw themselves, winners are worked out from the real scoreboard, and everyone can see the board on their phone. You keep 100% of what you raise.
