FAQ
Draft & Keeper League, answered
What is the Draft & Keeper League?
A general season-long draft engine: build teams, draft a pool of names onto rosters, and score points as events happen through the season. Protect keepers and run it again next year.
How is it priced?
It’s a licensed module — a one-time license per league (flexible term), or included free on the All-Star plan. It isn’t part of the standard monthly tiers.
What’s the Death Pool add-on?
An optional flavor where you draft famous people and score when someone passes away. Rostered names are checked automatically against public records (Wikidata) a few times a day, and every death is admin-confirmed before points are awarded. It’s private by default with no cash prizes.
Can I use it for things other than a death pool?
Yes — that’s the point. The engine works for any draft-style league: fantasy-adjacent pools, prediction drafts, longevity pools, and more.
Do keepers carry between seasons?
Yes. At each new season, teams protect up to your keeper limit from last year’s roster; everyone else returns to the free-agent pool for the draft.
