Event Bingo
Tired of squares? Play bingo instead.
New. Everyone gets a 5×5 card of things that can happen in the game — a leadoff walk, a called third strike, a bases-loaded escape — and the squares mark themselves from the live play-by-play. Nothing to tap, nothing to claim, and no dead numbers: a squares grid can tell you at halftime that you cannot win, while every bingo card is alive to the final out. A fresh card every game, and a row, column or diagonal takes the prize.

How it runs
Event Bingo, start to finish.
01
Pick your games
One game or a whole series. Pick them off the real schedule and the scoring wires itself up.
02
Everyone gets a card
Dealt at random, one per game, per player. Buy more than one if you want more than one.
03
It plays itself
We watch the play-by-play and mark every square the moment it happens. At the final out, every card with a completed line shares that game’s prize.

FAQ
Event Bingo, answered.
How is this different from squares?+
A squares grid gives you two digits and a fixed outcome: once the numbers are drawn, you either can win or you cannot, and plenty of people know by halftime that they cannot. Bingo gives everybody a card of things that might happen, so every card is still alive at the final out. It also does not need 100 people — it works with four.
Do I have to watch the game and mark my card?+
No. We read the live play-by-play and mark every square the moment it happens. You can tap your own squares as you watch if you enjoy that, but it is for fun — ours are the ones that decide the prize, and the card shows the difference.
Where do the squares come from?+
Each one was tested against a decade of real postseason games to measure how often it actually occurs, and the card is built from that measurement rather than from somebody’s guess. That is what keeps a game competitive instead of being decided in the second inning or never decided at all.
What happens if nobody gets a bingo?+
That game’s prize rolls into the next game of the series, so the pot builds. On a single-game pool, the closest card takes it — we rank by the best line, then by how many squares were marked.
Can more than one person win?+
Yes, and usually somebody does not. Every card with a completed line shares that game’s prize equally. There is no race to shout first — it does not matter when you look at your card.
What sports does it work with?+
Baseball today, built on the MLB play-by-play feed. Other sports follow the same shape: a set of squares measured against real games of that sport.
What does it cost?+
Free for up to 10 players. Past that, buy a Contest Pass sized to your pool or use any paid plan. If you charge an entry fee, that money goes to you — we never hold it.
Can I print the cards?+
Yes — one card per sheet, or four to a page to cut up and hand round. Marked squares print filled and carry a tick, so a photocopy still reads.
